...so my school's choir sang the National Anthem last weekend at the Cards-Braves game. They did awesome (the choir, that is -- the Cards, on the other hand, lost 1-0). They let me join them to snap a few pics of the experience ... which I was more than content to do. A few things I learned from the experience: (1) you don't get a whole lotta time out there ... (2) don't step on the grass -- they yell at you if you do ... and (3) it was pretty sweet.
greg, PLEASE try to sell these wonderful pictures to someone in the promotions or PR department at busch stadium!
ReplyDeletethey're simply wonderful. have a good day!
Great shots! SO very jealous that you had that kind of access! Thought you said there were kids singing. . . didn't see them in the pics. ;) Congrats on the shots.
ReplyDelete...thanks lida -- wish i knew where to start to make that happen. it'd be nice, i'm sure.
ReplyDeletedon't worry rob -- i took plenty shots of the kiddos ... just didn't wanna put them on the web without consent.
I've been to Busch Stadium. I've taken pics. Crazy what a difference field level vs. top row makes. Not to mention the fact you're just darn great with a camera.
ReplyDeleteNice shots, bro :).
